Richard is an executive coach who works with transitioning founders, CEOs and executives in high-growth technology businesses and the investment industry. Over a career spanning almost two decades he’s been a Deloitte strategy consultant, a civil servant at Her Majesty’s Treasury and a turnaround consultant for a scaling technology business.  He’s been a coach for the last 10 years, during which time he’s coached over a hundred founders from early-seed stage through to cofounders of Series B Unicorns.
