Prior to coaching, Deepak co-founded Oddbox, a sustainable food delivery B Corp that scaled from a kitchen in South West London to £30M ARR over a decade. He led the company through two funding rounds, raising £25M at Series B, and experienced firsthand the leadership challenges that emerge at inflection points – overwhelm, decision paralysis, and the question of who you need to become to scale further. That experience taught him how to navigate founder identity shifts, investor pressure, and the loneliness of scaling – insights he now brings to his coaching.

He brings 10 years of founder experience and 15 years of corporate leadership across four countries and cultures. That cross-cultural exposure gives him a rare vantage point on what drives high-performing teams and what quietly erodes them  and how leadership presence translates across different contexts.
