Caroline works with executives and senior leaders in high growth companies, FTSE100, Fortune 500 and government organisations.

She specialises in supporting leaders to lead through the pace and ambiguity of a scaling or rapidly evolving business. Clients describe her coaching style as warm, challenging and thought-provoking.

Caroline has been a professional coach for over a decade and is PCC accredited with the International Coaching Federation. The breadth of her client base means that Caroline keeps a fresh perspective on the challenges of leadership, career and the workplace, be it in a multinational company, the diplomatic service or a fast-growing scale-up.

Prior to coaching, Caroline built her career in marketing communications, and went on to manage business relationships and industry partnerships for 10 Downing Street and Cabinet Office. She later led the successful spin-out of the government’s Tech City UK initiative (Tech Nation) as founding board director, helping hundreds of founders to scale their companies in the UK. It’s the same growth-stage territory her clients are navigating today.
