1. Promoter

The promoter is Foundology – a trading name of limited company The Nurture Network Ltd – a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 07586634. (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:

Complete the FounderFuel Pulse assessment
Submit their email address
Enter the code “VentureCafe26” when prompted

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be excluded.

4. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens on May 7th and closes at 12pm May 28th.
Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive a 12-month membership to FounderCircles (worth £1700).

The prize:

Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products
Is subject to availability

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection and Marketing
By entering the prize draw, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://foundology.org/privacy-policy.

Participants may receive communications related to FounderFuel Pulse and FounderCircles. They can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

9. Publicity
The Promoter may request the winner’s consent to use their name for announcement purposes. Participation in publicity is optional and not a condition of accepting the prize.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
