Leading research into life and leadership as a founder

Foundology broke the silence on the struggles of founderhood back in 2019, illuminating the poor physical and mental health state of founders. In 2024, we released the inaugural research into Founder Resilience and the uniqueness of leading as a founder, with the backing of University College London and Imperial College London.
